Our Company
We have been providing Section 8 case management and HQS inspection services in Southeastern Michigan since 1995.
We are familiar with HUD requirements for the program, and work with tenants who are accepted into the Section 8 program
through a local public housing authority.
Our Clients
Our clients must already be accepted into a Section 8 housing program. We receive referrals from a public housing agency,
and provide services to those clients.
Our Philosophy
The objective of our company is to provide the highest quality of services to the landlords and tenants we work with
through the Section 8 housing assistance program. We are committed to providing accurate, efficient, fair and consistent services.
We conduct HQS inspections according to the latest HUD and PHA guidelines, to assure a safe and healthy environment for the
families with whom we work.
